The Venture Studio Founder (VSF) Program is part of MS Capital Group’s venture-building arm and targets founders and operators who want to move beyond solo execution and build scalable companies with long-term ownership, institutional support, and operational backing.
Unlike traditional accelerators or incubators, the VSF Program operates as a hands-on venture partnership. Entrepreneurs accepted into the program receive equity participation, a base salary, and access to MS Capital Group’s shared infrastructure, while taking an active leadership role in building or scaling a standalone venture.
